★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onvriendelijk assistent aan de telefoon. Het is niet mogelijk om afspraken te maken dag van te voren alleen op de dag zelf? Erg vreemd in mijn ogen en dus zeer ontevreden over de manier van handelen van deze praktijk.
Unfriendly assistant on the phone. It is not possible to make appointments the day before, only on the day itself? Very strange in my opinion and therefore very dissatisfied with the way this practice is handled.
