★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er was de Paasloop die georganiseerd werd door de ijsclub. Koninklijke Ijsclub De Schaats. Afstanden waren 3 kilometer voor de jeugd. 5,5 en 11 kilometer voor de senioren. Tevens was Er een wandeltocht. Na de wedstrijd was er de prijsuitreiking in het dorpshuis. Alles was gezellig georganiseerd
There was the Easter Run organized by the ice club. Royal Ice Club De Schaats. Distances were 3 kilometers for the youth. 5.5 and 11 kilometers for the seniors. There was also a hike. After the competition there was the award ceremony in the village house. Everything was nicely organized

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twisk is meer dan bezoeken waard. Het dorpshuis, is in normale tijden, voor een kopje koffie te bezoeken. Maak een prachtige wandeling in de Parel van Westfriesland.
Twisk is more than worth a visit. In normal times, the village hall can be visited for a cup of coffee. Take a beautiful walk in the Pearl of Westfriesland.
