We hebben hier een chocolade spuitcabine aangeschaft, na 2 maanden belde de eigenaar zelf op of we tevreden waren met de machine. Na 3 maanden ging helaas de motor raar doen er kwam er een harde trilling in. Na een telefoontje naar Dörr Kampen kwam een monteur er naar kijken maar kon het helaas niet repareren en moest er een nieuwe motor besteld worden. Nadat de motor was binnengekomen werd er gelijk een afspraak ingepland om deze erin te zetten. Zonder moeite of poespas is het probleem verholpen en kunnen we snel verder werken. Dat is service!
En als klap op de vuurpijl ook nog een kerstpakket ontvangen super bedankt! Groet, Lindy's Patisserie

We bought a chocolate spray booth here, after 2 months the owner called whether we were satisfied with the machine. Unfortunately, after 3 months, the engine started to act strangely, there was a hard vibration in it. After a phone call to Dörr Kampen, a mechanic came to look at it but unfortunately could not repair it and a new engine had to be ordered. After the engine had arrived, an appointment was immediately scheduled to put it in. The problem has been solved without effort or fuss and we can continue working quickly. That's service!
