A	Annebel Berg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastische service! Na paar jaar ging een greepje van ons (erg mooie en praktische) vouwgordijn kapot. Dotshop regelde snel nieuwe greepjes, en nog gratis ook. Heel blij mee! Fantastic service! After a few years, a small part of our (very beautiful and practical) roman blind broke. Dotshop quickly arranged new handles, and for free too. Very happy!

In het woud aan interieurzaken hebben zij een perfecte selectie van mooie en kwalitatief zeer goede (design)meubels en accessoires. Maar wat ik misschien nóg fijner vond, was het uitstekende advies. Na verhuizing naar ruim huis kon ik wel goed aangeven wat voor stijl sfeer ik wilde, wat ik wel/niet mooi vond, maar ja... en dan? Ines heeft op verzoek een totaal ontwerp gemaakt zodat we gaandeweg meubels etc kunnen kopen die in eenzelfde sfeer passen. Zij voelde uitstekend aan wat wij wilden: stoer, naturel, warm, basic. En zette dat om in concrete voorstellen. Eigenlijk wil ik nergens anders meer onze spullen kopen... Ik weet dat het een uiterst positief verhaal is (ik heb geen belang en ben ook geen familie! :-) ), maar ze maken het gewoon helemaal waar. Ik raad Dot Shop van harte aan! I am genuinely pleased with and impressed by the customer focus and professionalism of the Dot Shop consultants. In the forest of interior shops they have a perfect selection of beautiful and high-quality (design) furniture and accessories. But what I liked even better was the excellent advice. After moving to a spacious house, I was able to indicate what style atmosphere I wanted, what I liked / didn't like, but yes ... and then? Ines has made a total design on request so that we can gradually buy furniture etc that fit in the same atmosphere. She sensed what we wanted: cool, natural, warm, basic. And converted that into concrete proposals. Actually, I don't want to buy our stuff anywhere else ... I know it's an extremely positive story (I have no interest and am not a family! :-)), but they just make it true. I heartily recommend Dot Shop!

Met veel deskundigheid, kennis van trends, advies en rust van de verkoopster heb ik een mooie bank, vloerkleed, tafel en poef gekocht, goed afgestemd op mijn overige interieur. Zoals afgesproken werd alles op tijd bezorgd. Elke dag ben ik blij en geniet ik mijn nieuwe meubelen! Nick On the advice of friends I ended up at the DOTshop on the Haarlemmerdijk. Ik kwam voor gordijnen en kocht er ook een bank en meer! Het is ook zo fijn dat ze naast vele mooie kwaliteitsproducten ook een paar budget alternatieven hebben. De stylistes van de Dotshop dachten tot in elk detail met mij mee. En ze voorzagen mij van praktische en stilistische adviezen. Ook zijn ze heel service- en klantgericht. Ik ben erg blij met het eindresultaat! The Dotshop really is a total furnisher, from all types of window coverings, to carpets, lighting, super cool furniture brands and accessories. I came for curtains and also bought a sofa and more! It is also great that they have a few budget alternatives in addition to many beautiful quality products. The stylists of the Dotshop thought with me in every detail. And they provided me with practical and stylistic advice. They are also very service and customer oriented. I am very happy with the end result!
