Alhoewel ze moeilijk via e-mail en telefoon beschikbaar waren, was het contact prettig en professioneel. Dhr Patrick Dücker komt zijn afspraken na. Het appartement is netjes ontruimd, alle inboedel is geruimd en dat voor een redelijke marktconforme prijs. Verwacht geen grote bedragen voor een inboedel, zo werkt dat gewoon niet meer. Gelukkig kunnen er nu nog mensen blij gemaakt worden met meubilair en witgoed. Dhr Dücker heeft zich aan de afspraken gehouden en hij heeft ook de deadline gehaald. Ik heb maar 1 punt van kritiek. De communicatie verloopt moeizaam. Wij zijn helaas niet op de hoogte gehouden dat ze waren begonnen met de ontruiming ofzo. Ook qua e-mailen en bellen is het lastig. Toch zal ik dit maar als een goede zaak zien, dat wil zeggen dat ze het druk hebben. Het werk wat ze afleveren is netjes en ze denken ook echt mee met de nabestaanden qua praktische zaken. Although they were difficult to reach by e-mail and telephone, the contact was pleasant and professional. Mr Patrick Dücker keeps his promises. The apartment has been neatly vacated, all household effects have been cleared and that for a reasonable market price. Don't expect large amounts for household effects, it just doesn't work that way anymore. Fortunately, people can still be made happy with furniture and white goods. Mr Dücker has kept to the agreements and he has also met the deadline. I only have 1 point of criticism. Communication is difficult. Unfortunately we were not informed that they had started the eviction or something. It is also difficult in terms of e-mailing and calling. Still, I'll just see this as a good thing, that is, they're busy. The work they deliver is neat and they really think along with the relatives in practical matters. Friendly man by the way!
