★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dramatisch! De beschikbaarheid van producten op de website is niet up to date. Er wordt heel traag gecommuniceerd. Niet klantvriendelijk.
Nadat ik een product had besteld hoorde ik anderhalve week niets meer, ondanks pogingen hun via mail, telefoon en sociale media te bereiken. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik via de mail medegedeeld dat het door mij bestelde product niet meer beschikbaar was. Het terugstorten van mijn geld duurde vervolgens ook ruim een week. Geen aanrader dus.
Dramatic! The availability of products on the website is not up to date. Communication is very slow. Not customer friendly.
After I ordered a product, I heard nothing for a week and a half, despite attempts to reach them via email, telephone and social media. Finally, I was informed by email that the product I ordered was no longer available. The refund of my money then also took more than a week. So not recommended.
