★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The iced coffee with vanilla was great! Really a good place to hang out and to meet people! Not amazing if you're on a budget, but it's really worth it. The staff is also friendly and I highly suggest you visit this pace!

Nice coffee products which ice coffee and mochaccino are really interesting to try.
Also small dinner served if you had a very heavy lunch.
Service was Corona proof during Corona period. Places to sit outsand inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love going to Douwe Egberts for the nice ambience and friendly staff but my last visit was not so pleasent. I ordered a cappucino only to find that the milk is not frothed by hand anymore and that they use a machine. But that made the milk boiling hot and the coffee very bitter.. It is quite sad because the coffee is very highly priced and it does not meet the quality for me anymore. I hope that changes soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to come here to study or to catch up with a friend. Great atmosphere for both chatting or studying. Would have been better if they could have more lunch options.
Also please improve your Cortado coffee, the art on the top was nice but coffee beans clearly was burned which made the overall taste strongly bitter.
Overall their cakes are delicious and I always come for the cheesecake, it’s just on the point.
Staff are always friendly, welcoming and attentive, and the waiting period was short.
