★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kan niets anders zeggen dan WAT EEN TOP BEDRIJF! Een fiberbed topper gehaald en wat is dat een droom om op te liggen, de service van informatie vragen tot verzenden is top! Ze reageren snel en komen met oplossingen als er iets aan de hand is. Mijn topper was helaas een naad los, kan gebeuren. Maar kreeg een perfecte oplossing en dit maak je niet veel mee met bedrijven.
Ik raad iedereen het fiberbed topper aan, wil je lekker liggen en top service kies voor DOUXE!
 All I can say is WHAT A GREAT COMPANY! Got a fiberbed topper and what a dream that is to lie on, the service from asking information to shipping is great! They respond quickly and come up with solutions if something is wrong. My topper was unfortunately a seam loose, can happen. But got a perfect solution and you don't see this much with companies.
I recommend the fiberbed topper to everyone, if you want to lie comfortably and top service, choose DOUXE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastische upgrade van onze boxspring met brede hotelkussens. Sluit mooi op elkaar aan. Beide 1 kussen van de Pullitzercollectie en 1 kussen van Okura. Perfect. Het beddengoed van Egyptisch katoen is ook zalig. Aanrader, hadden we eerder moeten doen. Ook goede service.
Fantastic upgrade of our box spring with wide hotel pillows. Fit together nicely. Both 1 pillow from the Pulitzer collection and 1 pillow from Okura. Perfect. The Egyptian cotton bed linen is lovely too. Recommended, we should have done earlier. Also good service.

This time we went to the concept store in The Hague to choose a new mattress, duvet and bedsheets. The advisor, Bart, took the time to show us the different products and explain the differences. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and affable.
This was a very positive experience, especially compared with the big stores like Auping or Luxebedden where sometimes the staff is less available. Also in terms of pricing and quality of the products, the mattress was taller and more comfortable for a lower price.
So, we would recommend to visit Douxe and appreciate something which is becoming rare, good customer service.

He gave me good advices, was very professional, client oriented and friendly. When our order arrived, everything looked so beautifully packed, the quality was excellent. Our bed received a serious upgrade, it’s so soft, cloud like, so smooth and just irresistible. The only problem we have now is that we spend too much time in bed! Thank you ? .
