★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een geweldige klantenservice! Boots gekocht tijd geleden en bij het boarden merkte ik pas echt dat mijn voeten het er niet helemaal mee eens waren. Terug gegaan en nieuwe boots uitgezocht. Daar werd echt de tijd voor genomen en goed geluisterd en geadviseerd. Tot mijn grote verbazing (en vreugde) namen ze de vorige boots terug en zijn we tot een erg mooie oplossing gekomen. Dit is een van de redenen dat ik altijd erg graag bij Downtown terug kom. Binnenkort snel de nieuwe boots uitproberen :). Super bedankt!
 What great customer service! Boots bought some time ago and when boarding I really noticed that my feet didn't quite agree. Went back and picked out new boots. They really took the time to listen and advise. To my great surprise (and delight) they took the previous boots back and we came to a very nice solution. This is one of the reasons I always love coming back to Downtown. Trying out the new boots soon :). Super thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veel spullen beschikbaar. Jammer niet echt verstand van zaken hebben en slecht en onvoorzichtig met je spullen omgaan. Ik zou het voor onderhoud van je board extreem afraden!
Lots of stuff available. Too bad you don't really know your business and handle your stuff badly and carelessly. I would strongly advise against it for maintenance of your board!
