Order was supposed to come in on Wednesday but was still at the depot. I called on Friday to ask what the status was. The phone connections was of poor quality, I could barely understand the lady on the other end of the line. She called to the depot and came back to me telling me that my order stood "still" en that she activated it again. But the next delivery was Monday because I hadn't selected a delivery on Saturday. Even though I told her that I had expected the package on Wednesday, therfore hadn't selected Saturday delivery, she couldn't help me and I had to wait. It's not my fault that my order is delayed. They could at least try to help. And this isn't even the first time. Whenever I get a choice for delivery I will never choose dpd again.

Every time we have an online order and find out that DPD is delivering we know it is bad news. Always wrong delivery windows, no commitment to promised delivery days, terrible communication, and they still manage to offer worse and worse service. I hope that all Companies stop working with DPD.

Terrible service comparing to other companies. They don't deliver in the evening and on the weekends, didn't want to deliver to my neighbour and to the store they claimed the package was too big (how big can a new laptop be?). I took one day off from my work and stayed home to wait for delivery which never took place but on their website the message was posted that they tried to deliver but nobody was at home and that the message was left in the postbox. There was no message. After two failed delivery attempts they scheduled to send the package back despite my calls and complaints. Eventually it got sent back and I had to sit on the train, go to the physical shop in order to collect my package. I really needed that laptop for my studies as my old one died suddenly and DPD's horrible service caused me great inconvenience preparing my submissions and nearly caused me failing the test. Well done DPD, way to go!

Worst delivery service I have ever used! Multiple times my packages were delivered in the wrong addresses or at some โ€œthird party locationโ€, even though I pay for โ€œdoor-to-doorโ€ delivery. Your drivers would not put minimal effort in properly delivering the package. Currently, a package I was waiting for was delivered to my neighbours and the delivery person left a note in my mail box EVEN THOUGH I AM AT HOME WAITING FOR THE DAMN DELIVERY GUY!!! And this is not the first time this has happened. You guys suck! A lot! I would definitely not recommend you to anyone. Your website says youโ€™re delivery professionals, but youโ€™re actually even worse than amateurs!!! Overall โ€“ non-existent service. Poor execution of deliveries. Call center is completely oblivious of what the delivery process is and is not helpful at all! Customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced!

A company that does magic tricks with packages, in the majority of my experiences in The Hague, the packages disappear and appear elsewhere without notification (if you are lucky). The customer service is fine, maybe is not their fault, but they don't have any clues or interest. Only once I have been attended by a lady who was willing to help me. Currently searching another missing package. I'm afraid the few packages that are delivered are due to the goodwill of the delivery man. How can it be so complicated?

If I could give zero starsโ€ฆ. theyโ€™d have -5. Theyโ€™d sooner claim your package address is incorrect then actually make the effort to ring your doorbell or leave a notice in the mail or email. This is the WORST delivery service in Holland. Currently looking into how to sue them for these stunts.

Extremely bad service! I waited the whole day at home and only got a email claiming that the delivery was unsuccessful because I was not at home. And one day later they returned the parcel to the seller, what is wrong with this company??

A parcel for a funeral has been said to be delivered but has never arrived. Called them and they offered me a complaint form. After notifying them it was for a funeral they wished me a happy weekend. Imagine standing there at a funeral procession that DPD has lost tracking. My goodness wat an amateuristic, sad, laughable and disastrous company this is.
