β β β β β I will never work with this company anymore. I am waiting already 2 weeks for a National Paket from a store(buy today, tomorrow in your house) I tried to call them and they never pick up the phone and if they do they just say that they need time to investigate where the paket is saying that they will call you later with some info, but they never did this. I am still figuring out where is my paket...

β β β β β It takes forever when DPD needs to deliver a package. Every normal company needs a day, DPD needs at least 5 days. They sent an email telling me the delivery would be Friday. They didn't show up. A new email: they would deliver Saturday. I was home all day: they didn't ring the doorbell, didn't leave a note in my mailbox and then emailed me I that they tried to deliver, but I wasn't home (???). Track and trace didn't work anymore, since the package was delivered... Haven't heard of them since. Called them and they told me the package was delivered. After filing a complaint, phone nr. costs β¬0,50 per call plus normal rate!, and I told them it's their problem, suddenly they found my package and it would be delivered to their shop on Tuesday. Tuesday: no package present. I have a new slogan for you. DPD: NEVER AGAIN.

β β β β β The worst delivery company I ever used. Every time we order something through this company we only have problems. The parcel is never on time. Delivery men don't leave any note EVER where the parcel is.
On the website its only said that the delivery was unsuccessful. There is no number to call about the parcel location for pick up. I will never ever use this services again and if I could give them 0 stars they would definitely get the big fat ZERO
