m	marcel borsboom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use DPD! They never delivered my package, while waiting all day and keeping an eye on the trace code, you’ll see the status change to not delivered; person was not home, while looking out of the window to see the dpd car coming.. Calling them is just throwing away money. Nobody answered ever. 50cent per call, which after several minutes just goes to silence. Bad bad company, shame to those working there. Hope someday they will learn what respect means.

K	Kyle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up a parcel on the 11th, it is now the 18th. They told me will be delivered on the 16th. I call, they say now the 17th. I call again, they say 18th. I call again: now they say it was not sorted yet, and they will deliver on 21st. It's in their veenendaal building, an hour and a half from my house, but they refuse to allow collection.
R	Ravindra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could've placed less than a star, I would terrible. They don't ship properly and have your package all over the place besides your home. My package has seen so many parcel shops it is not even funny....
J	Jos K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DPD: on the track&trace site ,our parcel showed as delivered, however despite being home all day long including at the recorded exact delivery time, nobody rang the bell. No notes in the mailbox, no neighbor delivery absolutely nothing so package lost.... After a series of phone calls we managed to get in touch with a DPD subcontractor who handled the last mile.After checking with the driver we learned the package got delivered to another mailbox instead of our box. I finally managed to recover the package in the end.
U	Umair Ahmad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give them less then one star I will. Never deliver , never show up, always go through the drop point . Facebook customer service never reply . They accept their error and then say I need to pick it up . Worst delivery service see photos attached what I agree on and what they did . And on top of it today is Wednesday .
e	ege kuzu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ at least do no lie, we have a doorbell camera and we were at home all day, address is correct too but they claim they have tried to deliver our package 3 times... No company should work with this service

My parents sent me a Christmas gift from my country and I was never notified by email or phone that the package was here. I called and they said that the address wasn't ok so one employee fixed it and said it will arrive. Now it is sent back to the sender... If I could give -1 star I would. Sooo disappointed! update: And don't expect them to do any simple tasks either such as correcting the address on the package. It won't happen. I called for that three times but apparently it is too hard to be done... I will receive my Christmas present in the summer in person when I visit my family :)
