Poszłam z zapaleniem płuc (niejednokrotnie przechodziłam to w dzieciństwie, więc wiem co i jak), a on o godzinie 10 rano, ze nic mi nie jest. Nie wiem, czy został lekarzem dzięki koligacjom, ale zapalenia płuc nie wychwyci rano, bo objawy nasilają się wieczorem, przez 2 tygodnie spałam prawie na siedząco, bo oddychać nie mogłam, a lekarz przepisał mi tabletki na zatwardzenie. Brak słów, naprawdę -_- Wyleczyłam się domowymi sposobami i jakimś cudem było ok. Stanowczo odradzam. Czekanie to pikuś, o ile wizyta COŚ pomoże, a tu nic! Powinien wrócić do szkoły, a później podejmować się takiego obowiązku, bo nie pomaga pacjentom, tylko utrudnia zdrowienie! The doctor, instead of helping, just had fun. S	Success Planner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanneer je bepaalde gevoelige informatie niet wenst te delen met de assistente raakt ze geirriteerd en gaat ze je dwars gaat zitten voor een afspraak ongelooflijk. Je zou toch denken dat dit professionele en getrainde mensen met people skills zijn, het tegendeel is waar. Daar zitten en de telefoon beantwoorden maakt je nog geen goede doktersassistente. When you don't want to share certain sensitive information with the assistant, she gets annoyed and botheres you for an incredible appointment. You would think that these are professional and trained people with people skills, the opposite is true. Sitting there and answering the phone doesn't make you a good doctor's assistant just yet.
V	Vashti Tromp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb dr Edskes wel gehad en daarnaast ook 2 vrouwelijke artsen. Tot nu toe vind ik ze allemaal heel fijn! De assisentes zijn vaak ook heel behulpzaam. Ik zou deze praktijk aanbevelen. I have had Dr. Edskes and also 2 female doctors. So far I really like them all! The assistants are often very helpful. I would recommend this practice.

Ik ben er ten eerste NIET van gediend om informatie met hun te delen en daar dwingen ze je zowat toe. Ik deel mijn informatie met mijn huisarts. Tevens schort er enorm veel aan hun professionaliteit aan de telefoon. Je zou bijna zeggen, onbeschoft. Totaal niet klantvriendelijk en zelfs in staat de telefoonverbinding te verbreken. Locatie Pleinweg vind ik totaal niet prettig. Carnissesingel is prima en tevens ook een leuke Nederlandse assistente die wel weet hoe het moet. Buiten dit, enige tijd geleden is mijn eigen vertrouwde huisarts er helaas mee gestopt en kregen we een vrouwelijke huisarts, die overeenkomt met mijn vorige huisarts. Helaas gaat deze nieuwe huisarts ook stoppen. Wij als patienten hebben dan geen huisarts meer en zijn we gewezen op de diverse huisartsen die er rond lopen. Iets dat ons ook totaal niet aanstaat. Je hoort te zorgen dat er een huisarts klaar staat, zodra er 1 stopt. Nu krijgen al haar patienten een willekeurige huisarts. Ook niet iets om positief over te zijn. Maar de telefonisten slaan alles. Niet alleen aan de telefoon maar ook als je aan de balie staat. Net zo onvriendelijk en onprofessioneel . Ook zijn wij het er niet mee eens dat er hoofddoeken gedragen worden in een praktijk. I share my information with my doctor. There is also a huge lack of professionalism on the phone. You would almost say, rude. Not customer friendly at all and even able to disconnect the telephone connection. I don't like the Pleinweg location at all. Carnissesingel is fine and also a nice Dutch assistant who knows how to do it. Apart from this, some time ago my own trusted general practitioner unfortunately quit and we got a female general practitioner, which corresponds to my previous general practitioner. Unfortunately, this new doctor will also stop. We as patients no longer have a general practitioner and we have been made aware of the various general practitioners around. Something we don't like at all. You should ensure that a GP is available as soon as 1 stops. Now all her patients receive a random GP. Also not something to be positive about. But the operators hit everything. Not only on the phone but also when you are at the desk. Just as unfriendly and unprofessional. We also disagree that headscarves are worn in a practice.

Je moet altijd absurd lang wachten voordat je aan de beurt bent,of je nou eerder bent of niet, minimaal 20 min. Het lijkt hier steeds slechter te gaan. Totaal geen professionele houding. Het is hier zo slecht dat ik naar een andere huisarts ga ! Satisfied with Dr. van der Ent. Totally not satisfied with the service from the assistants / telephone operators here! You always have to wait an absurdly long before your turn, whether you are earlier or not, at least 20 minutes. It seems to be getting worse here. Not a professional attitude at all. It's so bad here that I'm going to see another doctor!

Weet zeker dat er dan wat meer positieve reviews zouden komen wat deze artsen ook verdienen! Dr van der Ent is a world doctor unfortunately which many people encounter here idd the assistants there could / should be improved. Be sure that there will be some more positive reviews whatever these doctors deserve!

Ik heb een afspraak gemaakt, één uur later kunnen ze niet meer herinneren dat ik gebeld heb, ze hebben een afspraak niet in agenda gezet en hun idee van oplossing is dat ik zou nog 45 minuten blijven zitten en wachten. Slechtste praktijk in Rotterdam. They don't take their patients seriously. I made an appointment, one hour later they cannot remember that I called, they have not put an appointment in the agenda and their idea of solution is that I would sit and wait for another 45 minutes. Worst practice in Rotterdam.
F	Felie Tuitel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte praktijk. Telefonistes zijn ongeduldig en rude. Dokters nemen mentale klachten niet serieus en daarnaast zijn ze ook nog eens super fatphobic. Ga hier simpelweg niet heen als je jezelf wel serieus neemt. Bad practice. Operators are impatient and rude. Doctors don't take mental complaints seriously and they are also super fatphobic. Just don't go here if you do take yourself seriously.
