A	Angela Jaron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe Mitte Juli 2016 auf Station 3 der Klinik gelegen und kann das Personal nur loben. So freundlich und kompetent bin ich bisher noch nie behandelt worden. Bei den Visiten konnte man Fragen stellen und die Ärzte haben sich Zeit genommen diese zu beantworten. Ausgesprochen liebevoll wurde ich von den Pflegepersonal dieser Station betreut. Obwohl sie mit sicherheit wenig Zeit hatten, habe ich nie ein gehetztes Gesicht gesehen, wennich wegen Schmerzmitteln nachgefragt habe. Schwester Siegrun, Schwester Susanne, Schwester Silke, Schwester Sylvia, Schwester Maria und Pfleger Deniss waren mir eine große Stütze in meiner sehr schmerzreichen Zeit. Auch die Schülerin Manu war immer für die Ptienten da und sehr kompentent und liebevoll. Auf dieser Station habe ich gemerkt, dass man den Beruf nicht nur erlernen muss, nein hier wird der Beruf des Pflegepersonals noch gelebt. Vielen Dank liebes Team der Station 3 ffür die liebevolle und fachkompetente Pflege während meiner Krankheit. Liebe Grüße. Angela Jaron. I was in the middle of July 2016 on ward 3 of the clinic and can only praise the staff. So friendly and competent I have never been treated. At the visits one could ask questions and the doctors took the time to answer them. Very lovingly I was cared for by the nursing staff of this station. Although they certainly did not have much time, I never saw a rushed face when I asked about painkillers. Sister Siegrun, Sister Susanne, Sister Silke, Sister Sylvia, Sister Maria and Carer Deniss have been a great support in my very painful time. The pupil Manu was always there for the patients and very competent and loving. At this station, I realized that one need not only learn the profession, no, here the profession of nursing staff is still alive. De 1e keer was er een verpleegkundige die zo ontzettend onbeschoft was dat ik bijna het gevoel had dat ik gestraft werd voor het ziek zijn. Er kon geen fatsoenlijk woord vanaf, mijn kamergenote was zelfs doodsbang voor haar.Afgelopen week tot mijn schrik weer verpleegster Silvia? bij het onbeschofte af bah en ook mijn kamergenootjes vonden haar ronduit onbeschoft! Het was zelfs zo erg dat ze bij mijn ontslag waarvan ik nog niks wist de lamer binnenstormde met de mededeling dat ze mijn bed nodig had en mijn ontslagpapieren nog net niet naar mij toesmeet. Ze bleef in de deuropening staan om nogmaals te bekrachtigen dat het allemaal sneller moest. Mijn kamergenote met haar bezoek en mijn man en ik stonden echt perplext. Absoluut onvriendelijk en onbeschoft die schwester Silvia!! De rest van het personeel is echt superattent en vriendelijk. Als ik ooit weer in deze kliniek kom dan hoop ik deze Silvia niet aan mijn bed aan te treffen. Vrgr Patricia Lasnier I have been here for the 2nd time 1 time in September 2016 and last week. The 1st time there was a nurse who was so incredibly rude that I almost felt like I was being punished for being sick. There was no decent word from it, my roommate was even terrified of her. Last week to my horror, nurse Silvia? again by the rude bah and my roommates also thought her downright rude! In fact, it was so bad that when I was fired, which I knew nothing about, she stormed into the lamer with the message that she needed my bed and had just not reached my discharge papers at me. She paused in the doorway to reaffirm the need to speed things up. My roommate with her visit and my husband and I were really perplexed. Absolutely unfriendly and rude that schwester Silvia !! The rest of the staff are really super attentive and friendly. If I ever come back to this clinic I hope not to find this Silvia at my bedside. Vrgr Patricia Lasnier

Freundliche Ärzte /Ärztinnen und das Pflegepersonal haben mir bei den vielen Untersuchungen den Aufenthalt erleichtert. Einziger Kritikpunkt war das Mittagessen. I stayed in the clinic for four days and was absolutely satisfied. Friendly doctors and the nursing staff made my stay easier for me during the many examinations. The only point of criticism was the lunch.
A	Astrid Van Baal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war 7jahre anfalls frei und im August hatte ich ein schweren anfall es waren viele neue Pflegerin und pfleger da und auch neue Ärzte und ich war richtig enttäuscht so bin ich noch nie behandelt worden ich weiß es ist nicht immer einfach aber ich habe geweint und mir ging es danach immer noch nicht besser habe noch ärztliche hilfe holen müssen um das zu verarbeiten I was seizure-free for 7 years and in August I had a severe seizure. There were many new nurses there and also new doctors and I was really disappointed. I've never been treated before. I know it's not always easy, but I cried and I It still didn't get any better after that. I still had to get medical help to process it
