Bought a PC from them which had a faulty mobo, had to fight to have it replaced and return the PC twice (first time they claimed there was nothing wrong). When the mobo was replaced they also supplied a new CPU (had to pay full price for the upgrade) - this was also faulty. Denied any responsibility. Have had the PC since and it was a colossal waste of money. You get what you pay for...AVOID!!!

K	Kaspalon Dakka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now that my order is done and everything has got to the right place, be it a 2 week delay and some "he said she said" kind of back and forward between DPD and Dragon Computers. The PC is doing well, benchmark software is saying about right for the amount of money i did spend so i am pleased with it. Is a small issue of not getting my Xbox Game Pass three months as of yet, however i will be calling up to find out more. Great deal, had to jump into some hoops to get it in the end.
B	Beau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very positively surprised by the people of dragon computers. The PC I put together was delivered 3 days later. Very neatly packaged (even shock-absorbing padding on the inside of the PC to protect the hardware), above expectations quality hardware (think of graphicscard and motherboard) and far below the current market price of the individual parts. Everything neatly installed and nice cablemanagement. I had ordered a different CPU cooler than the standard and when tested on CPU temperatures everything was very neat (so thermal paste is neatly applied). Beforehand I thought that they might have to save on something (service, quality or delivery time), but none of this was the case. Very satisfied!
V	Viktor Divilski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall very satisfied. I had a problem with a faulty GPU from the PC which I sent back to Dragon Computers. Despite that it was in the middle of the summer and many of their staff were on vacation they managed to keep the 3 week deadline and send me back brand new GPU from the same model but different manufacturer as I requested. Very professional work and they responded the same day whenever I had a question. For now great value for the money.

I decided I would look for a good SI in the netherlands. I decided to buy from Dragon Computers. First great thing, they can make custom quote if you want modifications they are not listing on their website. Then my computer arrived. It was not 100% like I ordered. I resorted to call the customer service. Usually that's the part I do hate. Everyone hate spending thousands and having to deal with CS. I can tell you one thing. Customer service at Dragon Computers is top of the notch. They even posted an upgrade as a replacement for the inconvenience, and they did so in person for me to get it asap. That kind of customer service for the prices they have on their listing is gold ! 10/10 would buy again.

They seem to really think about the customer needs since I wrote a message for the courier regarding to some issues with my apartment, and they did print it in a big font and put it on the package! (Rather than ignoring it as many other companies do) So big thanks!
