About Elbrich Schoorstra was born in 1996 in Dokkum, a small village at the north of Frisia.
She started drawing and designing at the age of 12 and became interested in tattooing at the age of 15.
After practicing with a tattoo machine she shortly let it rest to just keep designing, until she discovered the art of handpoke tattooing in Germany at a Viking festival.
New inspiration struck and she started practicing the ancient art of tattooing by hand at the age of 18 years old.
Now she is fully dedicated in her handpoke tattooing by the name of Drakkar Tattoo.
She specializes in Viking, Norse, Pagan but also Frisian designs. The speciality in the designing of Frisian history/mythology for tattooing is unique!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen zaterdag samen met mijn dochter een tattoo laten zetten. Prima ontvangen met een gezellige sfeer en veel ruimte voor overleg. Voor mijn dochter was het haar eerste tattoo en ze is er prima doorheen geholpen met veel begrip. Het is nu 2 dagen later en het herstelproces gaat voorspoedig.
Kortom prima adres. Ik kan niet anders zeggen.
Last Saturday I got a tattoo together with my daughter. Well received with a cozy atmosphere and plenty of room for consultation. For my daughter it was her first tattoo and she got through it with a lot of understanding. It is now 2 days later and the recovery process is going well.
In short, great address. I cannot say otherwise.
