Lots of missing items on deliveries, 1 missed Friday delivery that caused a huge issue for weekend service at my bar, poor follow up, rude customer service, conflicting information from different people within their team. Unavailable when I needed to speak with sales or customer support. Ultimately I had to end the collaboration and use another supplier.
