Zum November 2017 wurden die Richtlinien bei der BG geändert., sodass die Kosten für den Betriebshelfer nur noch nach Genehmigung und für eine Person erstattet werden. Hierüber wurden wir nicht informiert vom DRK in Kenntnis gesetzt und erhielten 1 Monat nach dem Kurs eine Rechnung. Auch die Kursleiterin hielt es vor Beginn des Kurses nicht für nötig uns zu informieren. Laut DRK muss sie als Kursleiterin diese Kenntnisse nicht haben. Der BG war diese vorgehensweise bekannt und hat dies kritisiert. Der Leiter der DRK rief an , um eine gemeinsame Lösung zu finden, mit dem Schlußsatz:"Sie bekommen die volle Rechnung für alle Personen". Retorisch gut geschult, aber wo ist hier die gemeinsame Lösung ?! Unfortunately, it was the first time I had a bad experience here. The guidelines at the BG were changed in November 2017, so that the costs for the operations assistant are only reimbursed after approval and for one person. We were not informed about this by the DRK and received an invoice 1 month after the course. The course leader did not think it necessary to inform us before the course started. According to the DRK, as a course instructor, she does not need to have this knowledge. The BG was aware of this approach and has criticized it. The head of the DRK called to find a common solution, with the final sentence: "You get the full bill for everyone". Retorically well trained, but where is the common solution here ?!
W	Werner Luidolt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BG-Kurs war trotz MNS-Pflicht auf dem gesamten Gelände und den Hygienebestimmungen ganz okay. Leider fällt die Praxis den ganzen Maßnahmen etwas zum Opfer. BG course was okay on the entire site and the hygiene regulations despite MNS compulsory. Unfortunately, the practice falls somewhat victim to all the measures.

Für Mittagspause gibt's viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe... Parken kann man bei ALDI, Fitnessstudio First aid courses - well organized, practically close, friendly staff. During the break a woman comes and brings freshly filled rolls and drinks. There are many options for lunch breaks nearby ... You can park at ALDI, fitness studio
R	Roland Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War am 4.08.20 dort und habe Info's für meine Weiterbildung/Ausbildung eingeholt und wurde von den beiden die mir die Info's gaben sehr nett und höflich bedient vor allen Dingen haben Sie sich Zeit genommen und haben dieses einem richtig gut erklärt. Das ganze wie dort behandelt worden bin kann man nur mit fünf ☆☆☆☆☆bewerten. Was there on August 4th, 2020 and got information for my further education / training and was served very nicely and politely by the two who gave me the information, above all you took your time and explained this to you really well. The whole as it was treated there can only be rated with five ☆☆☆☆☆.
A	Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von mir gibt's für das Ausbildungszentrum zwei Sterne. Die auch nur weil ich den Kursinhalt als angemessen ansehe. Organisation, Freundlichkeit/Kundenorientierung, Information im Vorfeld zu BG Kostenübernahme sind stark verbesserungswürdig. Hier gibt es für die Kursteilnehmer nichtmal Wasser oder Kaffee. Die Teilnehmer werden scheinbar nicht als Kunden gesehen, sondern als Bittsteller die ein Zertifikat wollen. I have given the training center two stars. Only because I consider the course content to be appropriate. Organization, friendliness / customer orientation, information in advance of BG assumption of costs are in great need of improvement. There is not even water or coffee for the course participants. The participants are apparently not seen as customers, but rather as supplicants who want a certificate.

Sehr traurig für eine Bildungseinrichtung!!! Da hat mir Goslar besser gefallen. Sorry für die ehrlichen Worte ??? Katastrophal im Fortbildunsbereich zu erreichen ??????????? ITLS Advanced 1 star for our ITLS team 1 star for the good supply 1 star deduction due to poor accessibility, neither office nor school management 1 star deduction due to the lack of conditions for participation, which means that accommodation in the hotel could almost not be booked 1 star deduction because of the unnecessary stress that was an additional burden. Very sad for an educational institution !!! I liked Goslar better there. Sorry for the honest words ??? To achieve catastrophic in the training area ???????????
