★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben erg blij dat ik dit traject ben aangegaan. Ik wist voor het traject niet wat naast mijn huidige werk nog meer bij mij paste en ik was niet meer tevreden over mijn huidige werk. Het traject heeft mij veel inzichten gegeven die ik van mezelf niet wist en ook vertrouwen in de nieuwe uitdaging die mij tegemoet komt. Wietske is een fijn, aardig en rustig persoon om mee samen te werken. Ik vond het naast een leuk traject ook een leerzaam en waardevol traject. Ik zou het alle mama's aanraden die ook twijfelen over hun huidige werk en een nieuwe uitdaging willen aangaan waar ze weer energie van krijgen. Dan ben je hier zeker op het juiste adres!
 I am very happy that I embarked on this journey. Before the program I did not know what else suited me besides my current job and I was no longer satisfied with my current job. The trajectory has given me many insights that I did not know about myself and also confidence in the new challenge that awaits me. Wietske is a nice, nice and calm person to work with. In addition to being a fun process, I also found it an instructive and valuable process. I would recommend it to all moms who also have doubts about their current job and want to take on a new challenge that gives them energy again. Then you've definitely come to the right place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De afgelopen tijd heb ik het talenttraject mogen volgen bij Wietske, wat ik als heel prettig heb ervaren. Wietske legt duidelijk uit welke stappen we gaan doorlopen en heeft ook een goed advies gegeven waar ik weer mee verder kan. Ik weet nu wat mijn drijfveren zijn en in wat voor een omgeving ik het beste kan functioneren en tot mijn recht kom. Echt een aanrader om dit traject bij haar te volgen! Extra voordeel vind ik dat je de keuze hebt om na dit traject een uitbreiding hierop kan volgen en zij het loopbaantraject verder met je doorloopt.
I have recently been able to follow the talent trajectory at Wietske, which I have experienced as very pleasant. Wietske clearly explains which steps we will go through and has also given good advice that I can continue with. I now know what my motivations are and in what kind of environment I can function best and come into my own. Highly recommended to follow this journey with her! I think it is an extra advantage that you have the choice to follow an extension after this trajectory and she will continue through the career trajectory with you.
