Niet eens een belletje, wel een standaard e-mail waaruit totaal geen begrip of klantvriendelijkheid blijkt. Dat vind ik nog het meest onprofessioneel. Door persoonlijke omstandigheden lukte het ons niet op vrijdag naar Ameland te komen. Geen geld terug of zelfs geen tegoedbon. Erg jammer! What a pity that this owner is not helping to make our dream holiday on Ameland come true! Not even a phone call, but a standard e-mail that shows no understanding or customer friendliness at all. I find that the most unprofessional. Due to personal circumstances, we were unable to come to Ameland on Friday. No money back or even a voucher. Pity!

En online en zeker op booking.com onvindbaar zijn qua reviews. NIET DOEN!!!!!! Zelfs het complex waar men o.a. een zwembad aanbied weet over de klachten, en adviseert rechtstreeks te boeken bij het hotel! First class scammers! Charging huge costs afterwards. People in the living room who want to be paid in cash. And online and certainly on booking.com cannot be found in terms of reviews. DO NOT!!!!!! Even the complex where they offer a swimming pool, among other things, knows about the complaints, and recommends booking directly with the hotel!

De overnachting kostte 82,- en met onverwachte kosten 140 euro. Na een half uur geannuleerd en dan wordt je gedwongen om 28 euro te betalen. Als je niet betaald, dan wordt er gedreigd met de deurwaarder. Dit staat in de annulering aangegeven. Do not book with these scammers!! They even offer apartments on Ameland via booking.com under the name Time out. The overnight stay cost 82,- and with unexpected costs 140 euros.
