Contact met DrPhone opgenomen en de stick is kostenloos vervangen. Uitermate tevreden over de snelle en goede service ! Bought a lightning to usb stick for the Ipad at DrPhone via bol.com. However, it was not detected by the iPad. Contacted DrPhone and the stick was replaced for free. Extremely satisfied with the fast and good service!

Het lag niet aan de kabel maar een de compatibiliteit van mijn telefoon. Erg snelle reactie via mail en uitstekende service. Ordered a cable for my phone. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to work properly, so I was sent another one for free. It was not the cable but the compatibility of my phone. Very quick response via email and excellent service.

Ondanks dat de 6 maanden garantie allang verlopen zijn heeft Dr. Phone mij met 50% korting en nieuwe kabel toegestuurd. Deze had ik binnen 24 uur. Een snelle response op mijn email, een goed aanbod en snel in huis. Dat noem ik nu topservice en schept vertrouwen. Complimenten. April 2021 Purchased a Magnetic USB C Charging/Data Cable from Dr. phone. Now, January 2022, the cable shows problems. Although the 6 month warranty has long since expired, Dr. Phone me with 50% discount and new cable sent. I had this within 24 hours. A quick response to my email, a good offer and fast delivery. That's what I call top service and it creates trust. Compliments.
