★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zit 40 minuten op een afspraak te wachten op hun 'kantoor' en doet vervolgens alsof het heel normaal is dat hij niet komt opdagen omdat er al aan andere afspraak gepland stond met een andere klant op hun kantoor in Arnhem. En draait vervolgens in emails drie keer om de hete brei heen.
 Sit for 40 minutes waiting for an appointment at their 'office' and then pretend it is normal for him not to show up because another appointment was already scheduled with another customer at their Arnhem office. And then turns around the hot knit in emails three times.

Personally, I felt a total lack of respect, handled badly the client relationship and see their conducts as dodgy. Unacceptable and no go for me.
