Limousine was op de afgesproken tijd op de juiste plek en de chauffeur was een topper! Door smalle straatjes naar de bestemming was geen enkel probleem. Dank! giggles! What a party with our moms in a pink limousine. Everything quickly and clearly coordinated by mail and app. Limousine was at the right place at the agreed time and the driver was a winner! Through narrow streets to the destination was no problem. Thanks!
R	Rochelle Rothuizen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch voor de boeking goed op weg geholpen. Helaas is NIKS waar gemaakt. De limousine was bevuild en het interieur was kapot (zie foto's). Er was kinderchampagne aanwezig ipv gewone champagne. Per bank betalen was niet mogelijk en moest cash afgerekend worden (stond niet op de factuur), erg vreemd voor een legaal bedrijf. Dat de chauffeur 17 min te laat was kwam er ook nog bij maar neem je voor lief als de rest top geregeld is. Je wordt niet netjes als klant te woord gestaan, helemaal niet na het aangeven van de klachten. Hij (M) bevestigd immers dat het gaat om oplichting. Hij kan zich ook totaal niet vinden in onze klachten. Erg jammer, voor 2 uurtjes €235,- betaald en in een vieze limousine gereden. Dit bedrijf kan ik helaas niet aanraden. Helped by phone before booking. Unfortunately, NOTHING has come true. The limousine was soiled and the interior was broken (see photos). Children's champagne was present instead of regular champagne. Paying by bank was not possible and had to be settled in cash (not stated on the invoice), very strange for a legal company. That the driver was 17 minutes late was also added, but take it for granted if the rest is top arranged. You are not treated properly as a customer, especially after reporting the complaints. After all, he (M) confirms that it concerns fraud. He also does not agree with our complaints at all. Very unfortunate, paid €235 for 2 hours and drove in a dirty limousine. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.
