About Duchefa Farma B.V.
Since its foundation in 1968 Duchefa Farma B.V. has been an independent and trustworthy partner for high quality pharmaceutical active ingredients, excipients and creams and ointments. We supply hospitals, pharmacies and the pharmaceutical industry with high quality materials for compounding of medicines. All pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates are handled by our adequately trained employees according to GMP requirements in our cleanrooms. Duchefa Farma is a certified supplier and is inspected at regular intervals for amongst others the following certificates:
1) GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) & GDP (Good Distribution Practices)
2) NVZA-KNMP NVZA-KNMP (Dutch declaration reliable supplier for phamaceuticals to hospitals)
3) ISO (ISO9001:2008 Certificate)
Duchefa Farma sources raw materials from producers all over the world which are required to meet our quality management systems. Only after suppliers and producers have been approved by our Quality Department we are allowed to source their products. All products are placed in quarantine upon arrival. A sample of every bulk packing is taken and after an external laboratory has analysed and approved the sample the product will be cleared by our Quality Department. For all raw materials a Certificate of Analysis is drawn up containing the results of the external lab and the producer. The strict rules and regulations and the level of quality management guarantee the excellent quality of our products. Besides that we value flexibility as a service competency towards our customers.
