★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik snap de vorige review niet echt want het is wel degelijk mogelijk om als particulier te bestellen. En je hebt hier voor zover ik weet geen inlog voor nodig. Meer info staat op de website.
Misschien was de medewerker hier niet van op de hoogte. Ik gok dat ze veel meer zakelijke klanten hebben.
Ik heb een hele tijd de maaltijden gehad (altijd tevreden geweest) en ga nu opnieuw starten. Het is hele goede kwaliteit en echt heerlijk eten. De structuur is ontzettend fijn en door de laagjes proef je alle smaken ipv alles door elkaar.

Perhaps the employee was not aware of this. I'm guessing they have a lot more corporate clients.
I've had the meals for a long time (always been satisfied) and am now going to start again. It is very good quality and really delicious food. The structure is very fine and through the layers you can taste all flavors instead of everything together.

Mijn moeder (83 jaar) heeft een slokdarmaandoening en kon eindelijk van sondevoeding over naar de enige maaltijden die ze wèl kon eten... die van Duchesse (keuken van Limburg, DekVl en andere namen). De laatste tijd lukte het niet om via de site (hebben een account) die maaltijden te bestellen. Toch maar eens gebeld en uiteindelijk een medewerker van de KvL aan de lijn gekregen die mij domweg vertelde "euh ja ik begrijp dat het vervelend is etc. maar wij leveren niet meer aan particulieren, alleen aan ziekenhuizen en bejaardeninstellingen." WAT??!! Ennuh welke ziekenhuizen en bejaardeninstellingen? "Nee helaas, verder kunnen wij u niet helpen."
Het is toch van de pot gerukt, dat je als oudere alleen woont en deze maaltijden niet KUNT/MAG kopen omdat ze juist NIET in het ziekenhuis ligt. Kan iemand mij vertellen of dit bedrijf nog ergens een goede concurrent heeft? Anders moet die zo gauw mogelijk starten, er is een markt voor!!! BELACHELIJK
UNBELIEVABLE !!!! My mother (83 years old) has an esophagus condition and was finally able to switch from tube feeding to the only meals she could eat ... that of Duchesse (cuisine from Limburg, DekVl and other names). Lately, it has not been possible to order these meals via the site (have an account). I just called and finally got a KvL employee who simply told me "eh yes I understand that it is annoying etc. but we no longer deliver to private individuals, only to hospitals and institutions for the elderly." WHAT??!! And now which hospitals and institutions for the elderly? "No, unfortunately, we cannot help you further."
After all, as an elderly person you live alone and you CANNOT / CAN buy these meals because they are NOT in the hospital. Can someone tell me if this company still has a good competitor somewhere? Otherwise it should start as soon as possible, there is a market for it !!! Ridiculous
