★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nu inmiddels 2 x iets besteld. Prachtige producten maar aan de kwaliteit kan wat gedaan worden. We hadden een rotan wandrekje besteld, deze is mooi maar de afwerking van het plankje erop is echt slecht. Onbewerkt en gewoon overheen geschilderd. De kleur roze die er is gebruikt lijkt op de site wit. We wilde het nog 1 x een kans geven nadat we mooie schilderijen zagen. Deze kwamen binnen, beschadigd, en ontzettend slechte goedkope kwaliteit. Het gaat om het linnen 3 Luik. Ook de print is echt te slecht voor de 175 euro die je betaald. De lijsten zijn goedkope materiaal. En nu begrijpen wij als je begin decembermaand wat besteld, dat het druk is. Maar inmiddels na anderhalve week hebben we nog steeds geen klachtverwerking, en geen retourbon ontvangen. We hebben gemaild, gebeld op fb een bericht gestuurd en het formulier ingevuld. Maar nog steeds geen gehoor. Als het bedrijf zo groot is, waarom dan zo slecht bereikbare klantenservice? Helaas geen succes dit. De enige ster is dan ook voor het aanbod van producten.
 Ordered twice now. Beautiful products, but the quality can be improved. We had ordered a rattan wall rack, it is beautiful but the finish of the shelf on it is really bad. Unprocessed and simply painted over. The color pink that has been used looks white on the site. We wanted to give it one more chance after we saw beautiful paintings. These came in damaged, and very bad cheap quality. It concerns the linen 3 Liège. The print is also really too bad for the 175 euros you pay. The frames are cheap material. And now we understand if you order something at the beginning of December, that it is busy. But now after a week and a half we still have not received a complaint processing, and we have not received a return slip. We emailed, called on fb, sent a message and filled out the form. But still no answer. If the company is so big, why so inaccessible customer service? Unfortunately this was not successful. The only star is therefore for the range of products.
