Nice training room. Everything looks neat. Various areas but still 1 whole. Dedicated trainer and owner. Nice atmosphere.

A great place to train, both CrossFit and Mixed Martial Arts. The first time I walked in here I felt immediately at ease. Suitable for everyone, regardless of level.
