Het assortiment smaken wordt continu uitgebreid. De donuts worden gemaakt in een centrale bakkerij in Utrecht. De donuts worden ook aan huis bezorgd. Sinds enkele jaren biedt supermarktketen Jumbo de lekkernij aan. Ook Pizza New York heeft de donuts van Dunkin’ in het assortiment opgenomen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store looks nice and the staff are friendly. The donuts are fixed price which can be relatively expensive if you prefer plain donuts but it's a pretty good deal for the filled ones.
I had a donut with broken Kitkat pieces of which the waffles were stale. There must be a better way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from them yesterday and the service was amazing! Unfortunately they didn't have everything I had ordered, but they quickly called me and explained the problem. It must have been a busy day (fridays, yaknow?) so I totally get a little mistake like that.
The person who called me was super polite and her service was superb! I really appreciate her switching to english for me as well - as someone who doesn't speak dutch yet, that was an act of kindness that I really appreciate.
The replacement donuts were delicious, and the extra one was super cute and fully enjoyed.
For a team working in horeca during a pandemic, they maintained the utmost kindness and professionalism - the two pillars of the hospitality industry and totems in my career behind bars.
Keep up the good work!

Firstly,the staff do not have knowledge about how to prepare drinks.
Secondly,waiting for 20 mins to prepare to 2 drinks (that's insane)
Finally,Even worst,they forgot to prepare my drink as I went to cashier counter to remind them about it!!!!!
