 I am very dissatisfied with this notary. They did not keep on questioning, only doing the most necessary and hiding behind others. No apologies for things that went wrong. Never again!

In mijn ervaringen was DUO ter zaken kundig met een zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Daarnaast toegankelijk, in de zin van korte communicatie lijnen en ook dat je zaken (als leek) goed met hen door kon spreken.
Found out when I requested a quotation via Goedkoopstenotaris.nl. Since then, we have worked together with Duco and Astrid on three issues. In my experience, DUO was able to do business with a very good price-quality ratio. In addition, accessible, in the sense of short communication lines and also that you (as a lay person) could discuss things with them.

We were informed the day before the signature that we would need a translator, since the translator could not be found with such a short notice we had to postpone the appointment, and pay additional fees. Then they forgot to send the complete file to the bank, after 2 months I had to remind them to do so, which resulted in the bank taking 3 months mortgage at once. So unprofessional.
