D	Dominique Fokker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onprofessioneel bedrijf, duur, niet klant vriendelijk en geen automatische tegemoet komingen als je verzekering tientallen euro;s lager kan per maand. Geen reacties op mail maar wel facturen en incasso's blijven opsturen zonder duidelijk. Scooter verzekering om willen zetten naar auto met schade vrije jaren etc. Is het een algemene kwestie dat dit niet kan maar wel alles vrij geven. Zeer onproffesioneel amateuristisch en absoluut geen aanraden! Very unprofessional company, expensive, not customer friendly and no automatic compensation if your insurance can be tens of euros lower per month. No responses to mail but invoices and collections continue to be sent without being clear. Want to convert scooter insurance to car with damage free years, etc. It is a general matter that this is not possible, but you can release everything. Very unprofessional amateurish and absolutely do not recommend!

Ze hebben ons van te voren kunnen inlichten voor eventuele brieven die zouden komen en wat het eindresultaat zou worden hierbij was de communicatie goed en netjes naar ons toe. Uiteindelijk is alles binnen de voorspelde tijd afgerond en zijn wij de mensen van Duovisie erg dankbaar voor het goede werk zonder ergens achteraan te moeten gaan. Wat een verademing dat dit soort bedrijven er zijn! Chapeau We as a family are very well and professionally helped by Duovisie. The bank could not help us further, Duovisie could! They were able to inform us in advance of any letters that would come and what the end result would be was the communication to us well and neatly. Ultimately, everything was completed within the predicted time and we are very grateful to the people of Duovisie for the good work without having to go after anything.
