J	Janet Bronkhorst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verwacht geen service als je bij deze man een fiets koopt. Wij hebben deze tenminste niet gehad. Eigenlijk hadden we bij de verkoop al af moeten haken. Onsympathieke verkoopwijze. Fiets werd in de doos afgeleverd met de mededeling: "Jullie zetten hem zelf wel even in elkaar toch ?" Dit terwijl mijn man blind is. Lak van de fiets is supersnel beschadigd. Spaken raakten steeds los van tandem. Uiteindelijk bleek draad van elektrische versnelling helemaal niet goed te zitten, waardoor accu steeds leeg liep. We hebben zelf de oplossingen maar gezocht, gevonden en betaald...… We wilden gewoon niet meer met deze man te maken hebben. Triest. Do not expect service if you buy a bicycle from this man. We have not had these at least. Actually, we should have already hooked up at the sale. Unfavorable sales method. Bike was delivered in the box with the announcement: "You put it together yourself?" This while my husband is blind. Paint of the bicycle has been damaged very quickly. Spokes always separated from tandem. In the end, wire of electric acceleration did not seem to be right at all, so that the battery ran empty. We have sought, found and paid for the solutions ourselves ... ... We just did not want to have to deal with this man anymore. Sad.

Beloftes werden niet nagekomen, en ik moest er continue achter aan. De fiets zou gemonteerd worden, maar bij de eerste rit bleek niet alles vast te zitten. Ook wij hebben veel problemen met de wielen gehad. Indien een maatwerk fiets geen noodzaak is, kunt u dit bedrijf helaas beter links laten liggen. Hopelijk ziet de fabrikant spoedig in dat ze beter een nieuwe agent in Nederland kunnen aanstellen. Inmiddels hebben ook wij ervoor gekozen de tandem in onderhoud te hebben bij een fietsenmaker die wel kennis van zaken heeft. Deze vertegenwoordiger heeft namelijk totaal geen kennis van zaken. If a customized bicycle is not a necessity, you are better off ignoring this company. Hopefully the manufacturer soon realizes that it is better to appoint a new agent in the Netherlands. In the meantime, we have also chosen to have the tandem serviced by a bicycle mechanic who has knowledge of the matter. This representative has no knowledge at all.
