About Dusseldorp BMW Den Haag
Familiebedrijf Dusseldorp bestaat al ruim 110 jaar, maar we hebben het niet alleen gedaan. We hebben altijd nauw samengewerkt met anderen. Ons talent ligt bij het verkopen en onderhouden van auto's. Door de jaren heen zijn we daar behoorlijk goed in geworden, al zeggen we het zelf. Dat komt doordat we ons altijd gefocust hebben op dat wat we goed wilden doen. Als we samen met een ander kunnen groeien, als delen vermenigvuldigen betekent, dan ondersteunen we graag talent of werken samen met bedrijven met dezelfde visie. We investeren graag in de toekomst.
We houden ervan om onze krachten te bundelen met die van anderen. Of iemand nu zakelijk succesvol is, creatief ergens in uitblinkt of op sportief vlak aan de top staat − we stimuleren graag topprestaties. We geven talent graag de ruimte zich verder te ontwikkelen, bijvoorbeeld door sponsoring of andere vormen van samenwerking. Zodoende zijn er door de jaren heen prachtige partnerships ontstaan. Samenwerkingen waar we blij van worden en relaties waar we trots op zijn!

Long, very long waiting time.The workshop is always full of cars to be repaired which tells a lot about the nowadays BMW low quality and reliability and about its business model based on making profits not on the car sales but on the maintenance thereof. Will never buy this brand again.

So far the prices for servicing have been comparable with a small Korean car we own. That will probably not always be the case, but good sign nonetheless.

I came in with a nail stuck in one of my tires at my BMW X1 and left after 30 minutes with a repaired tire at a fairly low price (no expensive new tire needed).
This was a really positive experience which I never had with any other BMW dealer in Germany during my >30 years BMW ownership.

Was hanging in the show room for quite a long time and no-one ever asked me if the could help or something. Personel was just staring at me and passed by couple of times. Would not go there for anything and clearly not for a new car. Selling - is about building relationship and if they start this way - I better not continue.
