★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb eerst de kennismakingsbox besteld voor 5 euro (dat was in juli). Dutch Blend beweerde dat je voor 5 euro een box kreeg twv 129 euro. Dit was dus niet waar. In mijn box zat een klein dun ringetje, een gezichtsmasker en iets van fruitsnoepjes. Bij lange na niet de waarde van 129 euro. Maar oké, daar kan ik mee leven. Vervolgens werd ik bestookt met allerlei mails met informatie over de box en werd er iedere maand 9,95 afgeschreven. Dat laatste vond ik ook vreemd omdat op de site staat dat en box 27 euro kost.
Door al die mails zag ik door de bomen het bos niet meer dus ik stuurde
een mail wanneer ik de volgende box zou ontvangen. Volgens hun site zou je de volgende box twee weken later ontvangen. In augustus heb ik een mail gestuurd met de vraag dat ik nu een beetje de weg kwijt was wanneer ik de volgende box zou ontvangen. Ik kreeg vrij vlot antwoord dat deze 25-08 verstuurd was dus dat ik deze spoedig zou ontvangen. Deze informatie stond inderdaad ook in mijn account.
Nou ja, het is dus nu 9 september en ik heb nog steeds niets ontvangen. Ik heb de box opgezegd vanwege al die onduidelijkheden. Ik vind het prettig om een bedrag per maand te betalen en dat ik dan een paar dagen later een box krijg. In mijn account is alle informatie mbt de volgende box verwijderd. De bedragen die ik al betaald heb ga ik storneren want mijn gevoel zegt me dat ik anders niets meer terugzie van de al betaalde bedragen.
 I first ordered the introductory box for 5 euros (that was in July). Dutch Blend claimed that for 5 euros you got a box worth 129 euros. So this was not true. In my box was a small thin ring, a face mask and something like fruit candy. Nowhere near the value of 129 euros. But okay, I can live with that. Then I was bombarded with all kinds of e-mails with information about the box and every month 9.95 was debited. I also found the latter strange because the site states that a box costs 27 euros.
Because of all those e-mails I could no longer see the forest for the trees, so I sent
an email when I would receive the next box. According to their site, you would receive the next box two weeks later. In August I sent an email asking that I would now be a bit lost when I would receive the next box. I received a fairly quick answer that it was sent on 25-08 so that I would receive it soon. This information was indeed also in my account.
Well, it is now September 9th and I still haven't received anything. I have canceled the box because of all those uncertainties. I like to pay an amount per month and then receive a box a few days later. In my account all information regarding the next box has been deleted. I am going to reverse the amounts that I have already paid because my feeling tells me that otherwise I will not see any more of the amounts already paid.
