★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd attempt to order with this company only to deal with shipping issues. I ordered formula for my baby 2 weeks ago, paid a large fee for DHL shipping to find out they sent the package via regular mail. We have had to use a different formula while waiting which caused a number of issues. I have ordered from mygermandepot many times and always received my DHL package within 72 hours!
Update: I received at exactly the 2 week mark today via USPS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time ordering. I had been to the site a few times before and added things to my cart but decided it was too expensive. I went this time and bought what I thought was about 90 euro worth of items. To my shock I received an invoice for 277 euro. Appears all this old stuff was added event though it did not show in my cart! I immediately asked to cancel the order so I could place it again - I emailed 5 days in a row and received no reply - today I received a shipping confirmation. Horrible, Horrible customer service. Read your email messages!!

It is always amazing to receive food from the country you're born in.
With this order, I did not receive half of my goods. I emailed Dutch Expat Shop and they contacted the shipping carrier and told me I will receive my goods soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order received in France after 9 days. Was impressed that all frozen products were in good condition. Communication on the status of the order should be improved, there is no way to find out when the order will arrive, the transporter DPD is not very helpful either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst company ever. I hope they go out of business. I made an order on the 6th of January. Now it’s January 28th and I don’t have no idea where my package is. Their customer service is horrendous!! After emailing them more than 5 times asking for a tracking number they finally sent it when I has asked for a refund. Something to keep in mind, they blame all their delays and bad customer service on COVID delays. After becoming so frustrated I decided to order my baby’s formula from another website and after three days boom package arrived. Dutch Expat Shop is a Scam!! They feel like they are doing you a favor by selling to you.. please please do not buy from these people. They genuinely truly deserve to go out of business for their lack of professionalism.

Was hesitant to order due to the number of bad reviews on the website but gave it a shot anyway and definitely not disappointed!
Delivered in less than a week with DHL from The Netherlands to Dubai.
Opted for a protective storage box due to the high temperatures in Dubai and it was a great choice.
Packing is impeccable, products all arrived in good shape. Very happy with my purchases!
Will definitely order again! 1 can of sausages a day, so that will be in about 1 month ?
