★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maken fout op fout, nu al meer dan een jaar met deze organisatie in de clinch. Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en klantvriendelijkheid is hier ver te zoeken. In de afgelopen maanden al meer dan dertig(!) keer gebeld met hun en je word van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Wij wachten al maanden op correcties en een terugbetaling maar de hier hanteren ze de struisvogel techniek. Kop in het zand en wijzen naar anderen. Beste mensen begin er niet aan!
 Making mistake upon mistake, been at odds with this organization for over a year now. A sense of responsibility and customer-friendliness is hard to find here. In the past few months I have called them more than thirty(!) times and you are sent from pillar to post. We have been waiting for months for corrections and a refund, but here they use the ostrich technique. Head in the sand and point at others. Dear people, don't start!
