★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben een leerzame workshop kerststollen bakken gehad! Alle zintuigen zijn geprikkeld, bakken is niet altijd alleen maar techniek ook passie en betrokkenheid bij alles groeit en bloeit. Een aanrader!
 We have had an educational workshop baking Christmas stollen! All senses are stimulated, baking is not always just technology, passion and involvement in everything grows and flourishes. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorig jaar met de collega's een heel gezellig en goed georganiseerd personeelsuitje bij de Dutch Organic Baking School gehad. We hebben ontzettend veel waardering voor het enthousiasme en de passie, waarmee alles uitgelegd wordt en de vrijheid die je daarna krijgt om in de keuken te proberen, te combineren en te bakken. Een ieder kon zijn/haar eigen creativiteit erin kwijt. Topsfeer!
Last year I had a very pleasant and well-organized staff outing at the Dutch Organic Baking School with colleagues. We have a great deal of appreciation for the enthusiasm and passion with which everything is explained and the freedom that you then get to try, combine and bake in the kitchen. Everyone could put his / her own creativity into it. Great atmosphere!
