β β β β β Een bouwkundig rapport laten maken voor ruim β¬640. Wat een slecht en onbruikbaar rapport!
Veel fouten, volstrekt oppervlakkig en niet onderbouwd. Onprofessioneel en zeer onvakkundig.
Weggegooid geld!
Have an architectural report made for more than β¬ 640. What a bad and useless report!
Many errors, completely superficial and unsubstantiated. Unprofessional and very unprofessional.
Wasted money!

β β β β β Voor de aankoop van onze woning heeft Dutch Property Inspections een bouwkundige keuring uitgevoerd. In het rapport werden de gebreken helder en duidelijk in kaart gebracht en toegelicht. Goede en professionele partij!
Dutch Property Inspections carried out a structural inspection for the purchase of our home. The report clearly and clearly identified and explained the shortcomings. Good and professional party!

Mister de Kort assisted us with the delivery of our apartment. Making the appointment went very quickly. We received the report of the delivery inspection the same evening.
We received many tips during the inspection. We are very satisfied.

β β β β β I would give no stars to this company as I tried doing business with them but it was impossible - there was only 1 initial reaction from Ron after I've submitted a form via Dutch Property Inspections B.V. website and after that there was no contact with me. I've emailed him several times the same week, called him after 3d since his initial answer - he said he forgot me, just like that. No news from him since. Such irresponsible people should not be allowed to conduct any business whatsoever.

β β β β β I used Ron's services to get some advice on a problem with tree roots. He was responsive and friendly and appeared to be professional and to care. He provided advice and promised to stay in touch and stop by again to review our progress. Two missed appointments later and I give up. He makes commitments and does not follow through. Unreliable. :(

β β β β β Our VVE used Dutch Property Inspections to examine works undertaken by a neighbour who had been working without consent. The survey was undertaken on a Wednesday and the report not received until the following Friday - 9 days later.
The 3-page report we received appeared amateur. It was poor, consisting mainly of photos and very little detail. In addition, in a phone conversation directly after the survey, vital information was withheld which only became apparent upon receipt of the report 9 days later.
Dutch Property Inspections subsequently undertook paid work for the other party. In my opinion this represents a conflict of interests and a lack of professionalism.
I would not recommend Dutch Property Inspections. Their work is poor and their conduct questionable.

β β β β β Overall, considering the price and quality of the inspection I would not recommend Ron. He came with a promise to deliver a quality inspection in reasonable amount of time which looked like it justified slightly higher rate. In the end, the inspection was completed with 3 delay, didn't provide much extra insight compared to what we already learnt from makelaar and missed a few larger issues (e.g. mold) that we discovered once we moved in. I'm adding a star to the rating as Ron was available on short notice.
Details:
- The inspection was promised to be delivered in 3 days (by Monday), but completed 3 days late on Thursday
- The inspection report was quite basic - included exterior pictures and a few mostly cosmetic issues. Most of those were the ones that we saw ourselves or our makelaar pointed out. Otherwise even those would be missed.
- The inspector didn't see several signs of past leaks. When one of those was pointed out, he made no effort to further troubleshoot it. Later, speaking to contractors we learns that it affected the plaster and several walls would have to be re-plastered.
- The inspector didn't notice several spots with significant mold growth in one of the bathrooms. Per code, that has to be thoroughly cleaned that includes taking down plaster on several walls.
- No humidity tests was performed, even when I explicitly asked - the answer was "everything looks dry, why would I do that?".
- The inspector didn't notice that more than half of the doors in the house were warped, leading to expensive replacement.
- The inspector didn't notice signs of leakage in the cellar.
- While Ron advertised himself as having good English skills, in reality he was lacking basic terminology. If not for the makelaar who acted as a translator we would not get any commentary except "here is a door, here is a window, he is a floor. Alles goed."
