He helped us find a house within an extremely short period of time; we visited The Netherlands for a few days, he set up several visits, and by the end of our stay we had several options on our plate. We wound up with the place that was number one on our list and got moved in quickly an efficiently with his help regarding the contract, contact with the owner, utility set-up, etc.

Jan-Rico helped us with literally everything ... From the house to bank appointments, city Hall appointment and everything that helped us to move into this new country.

If you are looking for a nice flat/studio/room I recommend you call Jan Rico. I needed a place asap and he made it happen within 4h to see a studio in Haarlem and find an agreement to move in 2 days later. Very fast, reliable and trustworthy real estate agent, good help especially if you are a little short on time.
And he doesn't stop there, you can call him if you need support with anything regarding the rental contract or the registration at the geemente or if you wonder where to grab a good beer ;)

β β β β β It's not an easy task for an expat to find a good place in such a competitive environment, especially when you have three cats and literally nobody wants such a tenant. So we decided to ask for professional help and called Jan-Rico. And it was totally worth it, we actually had to choose between gorgeous apartments.
Not only Jan-Rico did all the necessary negotiations on our behalf but also he was a huge help with settling down from connecting energy and water to buying a washing machine. This time moving was almost carefree and I'm grateful for that.
