Mijn tafel zat vol lijm resten doordat het plastic waarin de tafel was ingepakt op de tafel geplakt zat. Toen ik de tafel in elkaar wilde zetten ontbraken de schroeven en gebruiksaanwijzing. Toen ik contact opnam kreeg ik de bijdehante vraag waarom ik niet eerder had aangegeven dat de schroeven er niet bijzaten. Ze deden erg moeilijk inplaats van dat ik een excuus kreeg voor het ontbreken van een nogal essentieel gedeelte. Na meer dan 2 weken (met meerdere keren contact opnemen) werden deze eindelijk geleverd in een envelop met een heel andere naam waardoor ik dacht dat dit post voor de vorige bewoner was. Na meer dan een maand wachten op schroeven ging de tafel meteen kapot toen ik deze erin draaiden.
Helaas slechte kwaliteit en erg slechte service.
Very bad experience with this company.
My table was full of glue residue because the plastic in which the table was wrapped was stuck on the table. When I wanted to assemble the table, the screws and manual were missing. When I got in touch, I got the clever question why I hadn't indicated earlier that the screws were not included. They tried very hard instead of giving me an excuse for not having a rather essential part. After over 2 weeks (with contacting multiple times) these were finally delivered in an envelope with a completely different name which made me think this was mail for the previous occupant. After more than a month of waiting for screws, the table broke right away when I screwed it in.
Unfortunately poor quality and very bad service.
