F	Feik-je 706 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben nieuwe kozijnen, gevelbekleding en (tuin)deuren laten plaatsen. Een groot project, maar het was in 5 dagen al klaar. De communicatie vooraf, tijdens en na de werkzaamheden verliep zeer prettig. Iedere dag werd er ook even een update gegeven, er werd meegedacht, overlegd als er iets was, netjes gewerkt (en nadien opgeruimd). We zijn ontzettend tevreden en bevelen Dutch Windows zeker aan! We have had new windows, facade cladding and (garden) doors installed. A big project, but it was ready in 5 days. Communication before, during and after the work was very pleasant. Every day an update was given, there was thought along, consulted if there was anything, worked neatly (and cleaned up afterwards). We are very satisfied and definitely recommend Dutch Windows!

r	rudolf wijbenga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben kunstofkozijnen besteld bij Dutch windows, bij de eerste montage dag zag ik in een oogopslag dat de schuifpui niet ging passen. Ze hadden een fout gemaakt bij het opmeten. Deze werd een aantal weken later alsnog geleverd. Echter hadden we de week na de montage een afspraak staan om een overkapping te plaatsen. Hierdoor was het niet meer mogelijk om de schuifpui achterlangs te brengen. Dit hebben ze netjes opgelost door een kraan te huren en de schuifpui over de woning te laten tillen. Helaas waren ze nu de boeien van de schuipui vergeten mee te nemen. Dus moesten ze voor de derde keer langs komen. Drie maal scheepsrecht. De afwerking en vakkundigheid is zeker goed. Ook hun service bij problemen is goed en proberen goede oplossingen te bedenken. Fouten maken is menselijk maar wel balen voor zowel hun als voor ons. We ordered plastic frames from Dutch windows, at the first assembly day I saw at a glance that the sliding door was not going to fit. They had made a mistake in measuring. This was delivered a few weeks later. However, the week after the installation we had an appointment to place a roof. As a result, it was no longer possible to bring the sliding door from behind. They solved this neatly by renting a crane and having the sliding door lifted over the house. Unfortunately they had now forgotten to bring the buoys from the sliding door. So they had to come by for the third time. Third time lucky. The workmanship and workmanship is certainly good. Their service in case of problems is also good and they try to come up with good solutions. Making mistakes is human, but it sucks for them as well as for us.

Ondanks dat de eerste dag begon met een logistiek obstakel hebben Nicky en Jamie keihard doorgewerkt en zo toch de klus nog binnen de afgesproken dagen weten te klaren. Terwijl ze bijna van hun ladder waaiden en de regen met bakken uit de lucht kwam. Wat een bikkels! Alles ging netjes in overleg en na afloop een duidelijke uitleg. We zijn erg tevreden met het resultaat het ziet er geweldig uit. After good advice, we have decided to install window frames, shutters and a door. Everything went neatly in consultation. Wij zijn enorm tevreden over de kwaliteit van de kozijnen en over de vakkundige montage door het Twents Montage Team. De vakkundige installatie is ontzettend netjes gebeurd, tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Alles is door de heren mooi afgewerkt, zowel buiten als binnen is alles netjes (inclusief horren en vensterbanken). Dutch Windows heeft ons positief verbaasd door hun service, goede adviezen in combinatie met een goede prijs. Wij bevelen hun diensten dan ook van harte aan! The professional installation was done very neatly, down to the last detail. Een wijd uitzicht over de tuin (wordt volgend seizoen aangepakt), heel veel licht in huis echt een fantastische zet. Vanaf stap 1 in het proces keurig en op tijd te woord gestaan. Ondanks toeleveringsproblemen is het toch gelukt om de schuifpui op tijd te kunnen leveren en plaatsen. Het montageteam heeft netjes en hard gewerkt om de schuifpui te plaatsen. Zo is ook de frontoffice, sales en management allen hard in de weer geweest om alles op tijd te realiseren. Er is geen moment spijt geweest van deze keuze. Ik kan Dutch Windows overtuigd en vol vertrouwen aanbevelen. Het professioneel optreden van dit bedrijf heeft ertoe geleid dat ik de kozijnen aan de voorzijde van de woning ook ga laten vervangen door hen. Bezichtiging na tussenkomst Dutchwindows is een optie. Dutch Windows thanks. In July 2021, the sliding door was placed at my place. What a beautiful product has been put down. My home gets so much more luxury because of the sliding doors. A wide view over the garden (will be tackled next season), lots of light in the house, really a fantastic move. From step 1 in the process, I was attended to neatly and on time. Despite supply problems, we still managed to deliver and install the sliding doors on time. The installation team has worked neatly and hard to place the sliding doors. The front office, sales and management have all worked hard to realize everything on time. We have never regretted this choice for a moment. I can confidently and confidently recommend Dutch Windows. The professional conduct of this company has led to me having the frames at the front of the house replaced by them as well. Viewing after intervention of Dutchwindows is an option.
