C	Chanelva Baldoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onlangs een grote doos met macarons gehaald hier. De dame die er werkt is zeer onprofessioneel. Zij geeft voorkeur aan het helpen van vrienden/of familie die er toen was. Er was geen sprake van goede service of klantvriendelijkheid. Het proeven van de macarons was geen optie terwijl de dame het wél gaf aan haar vrienden/famillie. Ik ben zeer teleurgesteld en geef liever mijn geld uit aan een andere zaak waar de klanten wel op de juiste manier worden behandeld. Recently a large box of macarons picked up here. The lady who works there is very unprofessional. She prefers helping friends or family who were there at the time. There was no question of good service or customer-friendliness. Tasting macarons was not an option when the lady gave indeed to her friends / familly. I am very disappointed and rather give my money to another case where customers are treated properly.

Ik stond voor twee mensen en uiteindelijk was ik aan de beurt en wat er vervolgens gebeurd ik word gewoon niet eens aangekeken door de medewerkster en gaat ze met een klant verder die na mij was! Niet eens Hallo en of goedemiddag niets! Na mijn bestelling keek ze mij nog steeds niet aan en bij het afrekenen ook niet eens fijne dag. Wat een teleurstelling zeg, neem professionele personeel aan die weet wat werken is en klantvriendelijkheid. Je zou denken dames met hoofddoek zijn wat aardiger, maar bij deze valt het echt zwaar tegen! Niet te geloven alsof ik haar wat heb misdaan! :/ Was so excited for macarons today, so I walked over to your case. I stood in front of two people and in the end it was my turn and what happened next, I just am not even looked at by the employee and she continues with a customer who was after me! Not even Hello and or good afternoon nothing! After my order she still did not look at me and not even a nice day at the checkout. What a disappointment, hire professional staff who know what work is and customer friendliness. You would think ladies with headscarf are a bit nicer, but this is really hard! I can't believe I did her some wrong! : /

Ik hoop dat er nog heel veel nieuwe vestigingen zullen komen zodat ik niet elke keer hoef te reizen naar Amstelveen ☺️ Super tasty macarons !! The store also looks really beautiful ? I hope there will be a lot of new locations so that I don't have to travel to Amstelveen every time ☺️

Strawberry cheesecake is een aanrader. Delicious macarons, unbelievable. Nice ladies and fast service. Already achieved something a few times and certainly not the last time! Strawberry cheesecake is a must.

Ze zagen er nog groter en dikker uit dan op de foto's. Heerlijk zacht, smelt in je mond en echt een ware smaakexplosie. Ik kon het niet bij 1 laten. Dit is echt gevaarlijk lekker!! Ik ben fan... Today 6 macarons were delivered at home. The packaging alone is a gift. When I opened it, my mouth dropped open. They looked even bigger and thicker than in the pictures. Wonderfully soft, melts in your mouth and a true taste explosion. I couldn't leave it at 1. This is really dangerously delicious!! I am a fan...
