Used their services for an expensive package a year ago and they are claiming it's on its way. While the shipment tracking says returned to sender. They steal your products and charge you to do so!! They do not respond on email when it comes to complaints!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid using this service. They don’t have payment services for all countries and it costs money to keep the account alive. Letters are reported ‘arrived’ days later so they can make more money. Now my account is suspended, customer service didn’t reply to my last email and now I’ve lost all of my items

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up and sent across the money for credits. Have multiple letters on their way and no credits have been uploaded to my account. Emailed them 5 times with proof of money being sent and no reply. Clearly not a scam service but can't get through on email and no phone number to contact. Just received an email threatening to close the account as well. Very disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are a rip off, they charge a fortune and only send with PostNL which took almost 2 weeks to arrive. not to mention I had to pay 80 euros for shipping and on PostNL website it costs 25 euro for the most expensive shipping to my location!! Avoid this company, all these positive reviews are because they give 5 euro free for a positive review when they then charge you like 120 euro total in the long run. Monthly fees and shipping fees combined are crazy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got you covered with this one. Don't trust the sour negative reviews, with less then 5 Stars at all. I got perfection from dutchmailer.com in their duty. They did their utmost to fulfill their duty. Which never disappointed in any way shape or form. Not a single letter or item was ever lost. Tried many different services in this regard. Failure of getting exactly what you want from the service lies at the hand of the customer. That's it, there is nothing more to it. Basically you should pay them double the amount they are charging. You owe that, to them.

Will do everything to help them stay in business since having a dutch forwarding address for international travel is a great help for me, to still get the shipments I need to receive without having to be physically present in the Netherlands! :)
