★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorig jaar dachten we een mooi geïsoleerd huis te kopen van Duurzaamwonen te Drachten.
Diverse problemen gekend met o.a. faillissement partner Duurzaamwonen.
Helaas is de finish nog niet inzicht nu met het koude weer lopen we wederom tegen zaken aan:
* warmte pomp is onvoldoende toereikend
* tocht door het hele huis
* brommend geluid bij wind door het huis
* roosters zijn niet goed afsluitbaar
Melding gemaakt bij Duurzaamwonen en schuiven het weer af op de bouwer.
Al met al is het niet echt duurzaam als je nog een elektrische kachel moet installeren om de boel op temperatuur te houden.
Hopelijk wordt het zsm opgelost!
Last year we thought we would buy a nice insulated house from Duurzaamwonen in Drachten.
Known various problems with, among others, bankruptcy partner Duurzaamwonen.
Unfortunately the finish is not yet clear now with the cold weather we again run into issues:
* heat pump is insufficiently sufficient
* tour throughout the house
* humming noise when wind through the house
* grids are not properly lockable
Reported to Sustainable housing and passed it on to the builder.
All in all, it is not really sustainable if you still have to install an electric heater to keep everything at the right temperature.
Hopefully it will be resolved ASAP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een bedrijf dat veel mooie woorden heeft maar er weinig van waar gemaakt heeft.
Communicatie is slecht vanuit duurzaam wonen ookal heb je dat bij elke bijeenkomst aangegeven. Ze zeggen te veranderen maar veranderen niet. Je bent de opdrachtgever maar hebt totaal niks te vertellen. Proberen op slinkse wijze geld aan je te verdienen en leven hierbij de wet niet na. Ook opleverpunten van de woning worden niet of nauwelijks gedaan. Ze wijzen hierbij altijd naar de andere bedrijven maar het ligt nooit aan Duurzaam wonen terwijl duurzaam wonen het aanspreekpunt is.
A company that has many nice words but has not lived up to them.
Communication is bad from sustainable living, even if you have indicated this at every meeting. They say to change but don't change. You are the client but you have absolutely nothing to say. Trying to make money from you in a devious way and not following the law in doing so. Also delivery points of the house are not or hardly done. They always point to the other companies, but it is never the fault of Sustainable living, while sustainable living is the point of contact.
