D	Destiney Klinkert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goedemiddag, Mijn partner had een pakket met dvd hoesjes besteld. Hij maakte de doos gewoon normaal open met een stanley mesje zoals altijd en hij snijd zo in de dvd hoesjes. Voor zulke producten geldt toch dat er bescherming overheen moet als de tape zo dik is dat het er niet af te peutelen valt en de andere kant precies hetzelfde. Daarnaast is de doos veelste smal en niet het juiste formaat. Wij hebben een collega aan de telefoon gehad en dit uitgelegd met het verzoek voor nieuwe hoesjes en deze retour sturen maar dat is geen mogelijkheid. We vragen niet onze geld terug maar ik verwacht wel service van zo betrouwbare webshop ( hoe ze het zelf beschrijven op de website) desnoods alleen de hoesjes vervangen die beschadigd zijn. Ik betaal hier namelijk niet voor. Ik hoop graag tot een oplossing te komen Mvg Destiney Klinkert Good afternoon, My partner had ordered a package of DVD covers. He just opened the box normally with a stanley knife as always and he cut into the DVD cases. For such products, protection must be applied if the tape is so thick that it cannot be picked off and the other side is exactly the same. In addition, the box is much narrow and not the right size. We have had a colleague on the phone and explained this with the request for new covers and return them, but that is not possible. We do not ask for our money back, but I do expect service from such a reliable webshop (how they describe it themselves on the website), if necessary only replace the covers that are damaged.
