t	theodoor vrolijk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After paying the transport fee , they should have come May 6th to pick up to get the phone fixed.. after a couple of weeks, i get a private call from them to plan a nieuw pick up date. I dont know for how long i will be waiting.. Scam Alert.
F	Felipe Bonventi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sent my phone to repair with @DynafixNL what a terrible mistake. Price was outrageous, almost 3 times more than Apple. They had my phone for over 1 week. I denied the services, received the phone with a wrong screw on the back and without the magnet sticker for my car. AVOID them at all costs. DO NOT SEND your phone here...save your self time and stress. they are ripping off people and taking parts way from phones.

When I read the comments, to be honest, I freaked out. Fortunately the phone came back home in less than a week, fully repaired and functional. Pickup and delivery was also very straightforward and accurate. Happy with the service provided

I broke my Note 20 ultra screen and LCD and the price for repair was almost half of the asking price here in Luxembourg repairing shops. They came to pick it up and delivered at the same address. The tracking of the place where the delivery guy is does not work. Always asking to put the post code but does not accept it. Found it weird that they also replaced the battery saying it was for the better performance of the phone. The emails received in the process and the dashboard they provide to check the status where a mix of French and some other times Dutch, nothing that google translate cant handle. The delivery guy when returning ringed one time when I opened the door (30 sec later) he was already in the van leaving. I was at the last second. They delivered in a safe box. I was scared after seeing some review they would send it in a simple card.

G	George Esselink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Had a crack in the battery lid, therefore no guarantee (???) What has that crack to do with my disfuncional wifi? They haven't even open the phone to look at the real problem. Then the repairbill, it was almost as much as a new phone and i don't know why, they don't list the items that needed to replace. Just imagine having to deal with this at the car repair "we won't tell you what we'll replace, just pay up". unacceptable! The good thing: communication was fast and the phone was send back fast. Never ever again i'll send stuff to dynafix again. EVER
M	Marshall Quandt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my girlfriend sent her phone due to samsung not having the screen on demand. after receiving it it came back with scratches on the side panels. The phone was a S21 Ultra that was always in its case. meaning the only damage that it has received was on the screen. They are so bad with communicating that the emails that were sent was WEEKS apart from eachother. they assume NO responsibilities for the damage they have done shame on Samsung for working with such company ( scammers). If samsung recommends their pickup service I WILL NOT TAKE IT! just wait till samsung has the product in stock.
