En ook nog kunnen afhalen op een andere locatie op een tijd die mij goed uitkwam. Dit noem ik pas aandacht voor de klant!? Yes, Emiel from E-styleaudio understands what service is. Fast responses to emails and apps. Also received a nice price-wise offer on the KEF LS50 Meta. And also being able to pick up at a different location at a time that suited me. This is what I call paying attention to the customer!?

Ik kreeg een kopje koffie en had een uitstekend gesprek over het apparatuur. Ik zal dit winkel zeker aanraden. Fantastic shop, even I came for a reasonable budget product I was treated just as well as a client with a higher budget. I got a cup of coffee and had an excellent conversation about the equipment. Ik heb de zaak niet fysiek bezocht, maar de website mag alvast een voorbeeld zijn voor veel andere zaken. Ordered a headset yesterday, received it today (even in Belgium) and packed really fantastic! I have not physically visited the store, but the website may already be an example for many other things.

Tussentijds keurig persoonlijk geïnformeerd ivm de uitgestelde levering. Uit eindelijk samen in overleg besloten een alternatief te bestellen. Super oplossing Emiel. Erg blij met mijn Dali spektor 6. Yesterday, after a long wait in vain for my acoustic energy 109 (importer could not deliver), received the alternative proposed by e-style. In the meantime, neatly personally informed about the delayed delivery. Finally decided together in consultation to order an alternative. Great solution Emily. Very happy with my Dali Spector 6.

While I was scouring the internet a pair of MW 07 Go Master and Dynamics in the Netherlands it was near impossible to find until I came across e-style audio. 2 to 4 weeks delivery, well okay I can wait that long I thought. Well surprise surprise that wasn't necessary. Five days later was I called by the kind people behind this store that one of them would be in my area and if it was okay if they swung by to drop the package off. Well with speed and personal attention like this, five stars is well deserved!
