Ik zou het prettig vinden als hij wat meer tijd zou nemen om te luisteren voordat hij met een oplossing komt. Ik krijg af en toe een assistent aan de lijn die erg geïrriteerd lijkt en bot op mij overkomt. Ik had een probleem met mijn telefoon waardoor ik even niet kon antwoorden tijdens het gesprek. Binnen 10 seconden had ze ongeduldig opgehangen. Dat vond ik wel vervelend aangezien ik een tijd gewacht had om aan de lijn te komen. Dit is wel een irritatiepunt. Ik lees dat meer mensen deze ervaring delen. I find the practice itself very pleasant and beautiful. I'm with Dr. Kelling. I am very satisfied with the referrals he makes. I would like it if he would take a little more time to listen before he comes up with a solution. Occasionally I get an assistant on the line who seems very irritated and comes across as blunt. I had a problem with my phone that prevented me from answering during the conversation. Within 10 seconds she had hung up impatiently. I found that annoying since I had waited a while to get on the line. This is an irritation point. I read that more people share this experience.
N	Niels Bakker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kelling is totaal ongeschikt als huisarts. Hij is niet werkelijk geinteresseerd in zijn patiënten en beschikt over een schrijnend gebrek aan medische kennis. Dr Kelling is totally unfit as a general practitioner. He is not really interested in his patients and has a glaring lack of medical knowledge.

Ze heeft dan de neiging weinig ruimte in te bouwen voor twijfel aan zichzelf en om zichzelf wat te overschatten. Haar capaciteit om reguliere en alternatieve zorg te verbinden is mij tegen gevallen, zeker voor een antroposofische arts. Oda van der Cingel is a good listener, but shows little vision and initiative, especially when dealing with complex complaints. She then tends to build little room for self-doubt and to overestimate herself. Her capacity to connect regular and alternative care has disappointed me, especially for an anthroposophical doctor.

I don't understand when they reject you even for making a regular appointment. Never waist your time and money for them. Rude and unprofessional.

My partner speaks Dutch but I am more comfortable in English, and I have never had any problems explaining my condition or getting a treatment from our doctor. This is true for the assistents as well. Now that we have a baby boy, we've been calling more often as we are first-time parents, and everyone has been kind and patient with us. We also love that the pills and drugs are not the first solution to every problem, and that somebody actually takes a careful look at our individual case.
