D	Danielle Stevens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn man had gebeld naar het bovenstaande nummer. Kwam hij in Heerlen terecht(?) Deze dame begreep een doodnormale vraag nog niet eens. Nee,we moeten volgens haar afspraak maken voor in Heerlen een gesprek te hebben. De vraag was gewoon of we nog spuiten nodig hadden voor Vietnam,Cambodja. Omdat we voor 25 jaar hepatitis A en voor 10 jaar tetanus spuit hebben gehad. Ze gaf geen antwoord wat we dan nog nodig hebben. Terwijl andere jaren werden je gegevens opgezocht ,en gaven ze telefonisch advies. My husband had called the number above. Did he end up in Heerlen (?) This lady didn't even understand a normal question. No, according to her appointment we have to make an appointment in Heerlen. The question was simply whether we still needed spraying for Vietnam, Cambodia. Because we have had hepatitis A for 25 years and tetanus syringe for 10 years. She did not answer what we still need. While other years your data was looked up, and they gave advice by telephone.
R	Roy Broers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een instantie die heel vriendelijk is wanneer ze 150 euro van je krijgen, maar wanneer ze een fouten maken omtrent planningen is dat niet hun probleem. An agency that is very friendly when they receive 150 euros from you, but when they make mistakes about schedules, that's not their problem.
C	Chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via de telefoon een afspraak gemaakt voor alleen een rontgenfoto. Ons werd medgedeeld dat dit kon. Bij aankomst (10 dagen later) komen we erachter dat we die rontgenfoto niet konden maken. Voor niks een consult moeten betalen a 44 euro per persoon, terwijl dit hun schuld is. Met spoed via huisarts doorverwezen aangezien we over 2 dagen nu al vertrekken. Made an appointment by phone for an X-ray only. We were informed that this was possible. Upon arrival (10 days later) we find out that we could not take that X-ray. Have to pay a consultation for 44 euros per person for nothing, while this is their fault. Urgent referral via doctor since we are already leaving in 2 days.

M	Med Yasir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience! I wish I could give them a negative rating! My wife ran a test at this "clinic", the results took more than 48 hours to arrive. Consequences : missed flight, 350euros to book a flight the next day, 100+ euro for a hotel room. They don't run the tests themselves. They take your samples and send them to a hospital and wait for the results. So when you call to ask why your test results havent arrived yet, they literally have no clue, and answer you with an irritating tone" we dont have them in our system, you dont need to keep calling us, we will update you asap"!!! We had to travel a lot from the Netherlands during corona time, and this is by far the most awful experience we had with a "Corona lab". You think that paying way over the normal price would garentee a swift and smooth experience, but its actually the opposite. We will never deal with this lab (it is not a lab anyway) ever again, and I highly advise against. "The picture is for people waiting to check-in, while my wife is waiting in vain for her results"
