★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb voorheen een goede review gegeven over leveringen, maar zoooo jammer dat als je een simpele vraag stelt over een geurbrander die op een vreemde wijze gebarsten is na het gebruik van een kaars waarmee de klant dan terugkomt, er gewoon niet gereageerd wordt. Ik bedoel...ik heb het niet over een declaratie maar over hoe dit kan? Ik heb 2 mails gestuurd en na een maand nog niks gehoord...dan haak ik af, had het graag anders gezien!
I have previously given a good review on deliveries, but sooooo sad that if you ask a simple question about a fragrance burner that has cracked in a strange way after using a candle that the customer then returns with, it simply won't get a response. I mean ... I am not talking about a declaration but about how this is possible? I have sent 2 mails and after a month I have not heard anything ... then I quit, would have liked it differently!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestelling werd snel geleverd maar 6 artikelen zaten er niet bij. Geen reactie op mijn mail, dus gebeld. Na enkele dagen werd het gerestitueerd.
Order was delivered quickly but 6 items were not included. No response to my email, so called. It was refunded after a few days.
