Uiteindelijk hebben ze na 170 dagen alles tot de laaste cent betaald.

Ook de mail die ik stuur wordt niet beantwoord, zelfs het aanspreekpunt waarvan ik de 06 van heb neemt niet de telefoon op.
Onder het mom van thuiswerken zijner ook doorschakelingen zodat je nooit een klant hoeft te laten wachten
Anders eens bij een ander bedrijf vragen hoe hun het doen want het is mogelijk, die schuiven de verantwoordelijkheid ook niet af op de klant.

β β β β β Vind het jammer als ik vraag naar mn gewerkte uren die jullie door krijgen van mn werkgever om die door te kunnen sturen. Heb het idee dat ik niet het juiste loon daadwerkelijk ontvang. Als ik contact op neem met mn aanspreekpunt word ik iedere keer afgewimpeld naar de klantenservice desk. Die vervolgens ook niks kunnen betekenen. Vind dit zeer jammer omdat EasyWorx helemaal niks voor mij heeft hoeven doen. Ik ben uit me zelf bij dit bedrijf aangekomen waar ze me doorverwezen naar jullie. Het enige wat ik verwacht is om geholpen te worden ivm mn financiΓ«le plaatje. Loon stroken ontvang ik pas 2 weken nadat ik betaald heb gekregen (lekker overzichtelijk) Als je per 4 weken uitbetaald word. Ik heb het idee dat mijn gewerkte uren niet volledig uitbetaald worden. En dat is juist het enige wat jullie voor mij zouden moeten doen. Communicatie geef ik 1β vriendelijkheid van Kim en Emely is 5βββββ waard het gemiddelde is dus 3βββ
Probeer wat gerichter op de vragen van de werknemers in te gaan ipv ze simpel af te wimpellen. Jullie verdienen ook jullie brood over onze rug he ?

I came to this company on my own, where they referred me to you. The only thing I expect is to be helped with my financial picture. I only receive pay slips 2 weeks after I have been paid (nice and clear) If you are paid every 4 weeks. I have the feeling that my hours worked are not paid in full. And that's the only thing you should do for me. Communication I give 1β kindness from Kim and Emely is worth 5βββββ so the average is 3βββ
Try to be a little more focused on the questions of the employees instead of simply brushing them off. You also earn your bread over our backs, don't you

β β β β β echt een VERSCHRIKKELIJK bedrijf!! Telefoon word nooit opgenomen met Corona als 'zogenaamde' reden. Je moet een terugbelverzoek indienen via de voicemail en vervolgens word je nooit meer teruggebeld. Ze zeggen dat ze je niet kunnen bellen, maar kunnen je wel whatsappen. Je moet mailen en zelf achter alles aan zitten. Ze zijn te lui om hun administratie goed te regelen. NIET mee in zee gaan. Zeer onprofessioneel! Ik geef 1 ster omdat het moet, maar zelfs dat is al te veel.
Truly a TERRIBLE company!! Phone is never answered with Corona as a 'so-called' reason. You have to request a callback via voicemail and you will never be called back. They say they can't call you, but they can whatsapp you. You have to email and go after everything yourself. They are too lazy to properly organize their administration. DO NOT go into sea. Very unprofessional! I give 1 star because I have to, but even that is too much.

β β β β β Easyworx neemt nooit op, duurd dagen voor je verder word geholpen en elke keer krijg je een andere medewerker op whatsapp. Ik word nooit teruggebeld. Helaas echt een slechte uitzendbureau, zit nog steeds met dezelfde problemen.
Mocht je een keer in een situatie zitten dan, kan je niet op easyworx rekenen.
Easyworx never answers, it takes days before you are helped and every time you get a different employee on whatsapp. I never get a call back. Unfortunately a really bad employment agency, still having the same problems.
If you ever find yourself in a situation, you can't count on easyworx.
